They're not demolishing it, are they? Can I assume if that were the case, they'd have just smashed it to smithereens?

Ice district getting a daycare. Nice!Viewing DP's daily, it is wild how many DP's there are for daycares. Probably indicative of Edmonton's growth. This is just from September 2025:

It makes good sense to have them close to where people live and fill at least a few more of the still empty commercial spaces.Ice district getting a daycare. Nice!
Edmonton Tower has had a daycare since 2017 I believe.Ice district getting a daycare. Nice!
He owns a boat? Oh I'm definitely reporting himI know this dude. I asked him if he got a permit and he laughed. Report it to 311 please.
And here I am trying to make those spaces more functional. Getting rid of the tub is a good start, We are doing a roll in shower. Getting rid of the island in the kitchecn will give us more space to move around. So for convenience in the bathroom we have already determined via "a little help from my friends" that a walk-in tub combined with a shower would reduce area in one bathroom and if there is a second bathroom it could be a so-called half bath (sink + toilet) saving room there. Moving over to kitchen and dining -- we could have counter dining (bar top) and eliminate the dining table (which is inconveniently placed anyway). The bar top would also double as kitchen prep space. If we go for a two-station cooktop we can eliminate the stove (there are a number of small appliances that are for more convenient that a full blown range with oven -- e.g. Hamilton-Beach appliances.) There are built-in options for refrigeration that can compartmentize that appliance -- we want to work to get the kitchen into at least a workable L-shape if not a more preferable Galley-type layout and to pull it away from the entry door.
In short -- these guys have got to try harder.
Hmmm will insurance cover the losses on 100.000.00 after the first snow. Love that its already got a bow.I spotted this sweet build just off of 90th ave.
Looks like the span is deflecting already? What about when it has a roof, and it snows, or... well... anything?
I feel obligated to narc on this guy? I mean it's visible from the road, and there's no way this is to code?
I mean, it's already had one with Kids & Company in Edmonton Tower.Ice district getting a daycare. Nice!
