Even Beljan falls down the rabbit hole... this disaster needs to be the last thing that happens in Old Strathcona. They even got rid of the retail components; how cowardly.

That is awful. There is literally nicer stuff (and that's not saying much) going up in the 'burbs. What a letdown if that goes ahead, tough to believe it's Beljan (is it still them?)

I am pretty sure that Beljan owns the property and is the developer (unless there has been a very recent discreet sale of the property that has not been made public).
