I think they relocated again before changing names. I worked at Pringle and booth. In the 80’s in the art department with jack Phyllis, john Russo , ron , pino Sottile , Neil pedder. , what a great bunchThanks for that correct address, JT.
I was at P&B for only 6 months (c, 1955) earning $35 per week!
I believe they moved to Leslie St., in Don Mills when Moss Park took over George St.
and then , later on, moved to Woodbine Ave. in Markham.
Wonder if P&B is still in business?
VERY similar to my post of a couple of weeks ago, (#15179) at https://urbantoronto.ca/forum/threads/miscellany-toronto-photographs-then-and-now.6947/page-1012 .Toronto Journey 416 with a neat "then and now" comparison view of Church & Monteith Street on their IG story. Partialy showing the location of Loblaws in the place of the current Barbara Hall Park:

Here's an earlier photo, (between 1983-1991) but the storefront is still there:Here's a challenge! Find an old (pre storefront) photo of the Strathy House!
