Liking this project more and more. It's nothing special but it's so much better than its neighbour across the street. The streetscape on this project is also much more interesting. There are some zig-zagging windows at grade.

Missing some greenery along the front, but otherwise, I agree this is far better than the one across the street.

Well of all the places, Ottawa has another couple of panes of curved glass here:

I'm actually really impressed with how the lowrise component turned out. The bronze accents are a nice touch, although the exposed balcony slabs definitely detract from the overall look

The street interaction is actually really great, especially the funky triangular glass entrance feature. Sure looks a lot better than 1960 Snott across the street.
