They pretty much nailed it with that location. Good selection, low prices, super easy to get to with transit, etc. Now bring something like it to Little Italy!
No kidding. And their clientele will grow at a solid clip with Relevé, the Renaissance, Odenak and anything else that will be built in the coming years until they get some competition. They pretty much nailed it with that location. I prefer the huge Arnon site that's on (seemingly eternal) hold in the middle of Little Italy. I remember in the most recent interview that the owner is going back to the drawing board, but is still looking to include grocery. No kidding. Gladstone Village would be an excellent spot for a Little Italy grocery store.
Yeah. Arnon site would be more central to Little Italy, while Gladstone Village has better transit access. Honestly, maybe both sites could accommodate a grocery store.I prefer the huge Arnon site that's on (seemingly eternal) hold in the middle of Little Italy.
