When it’s a rental building then can go nuts. To me it’s gaudy when they do it in a condo though.

Apart from the commercial retail space is this project officially complete? Are both the condo and rental towers filling with residents?

Is this unique to Ottawa? I find it other cities, the signage is usually particular to the building name (Icon, Talisman, Moon, etc) whereas here they plaster the builder's name on everything. I live in the Claridge tower... umm which one?
I haven't seen this anywhere else that I can think of.

You'll see similar in Dubai - "EMAAR" is on almost every second building there.

Looks a lot better at night imo
Hope those LED lights change colours.
Scaffolding has been taking down. I did notice the blueskin on the roof of the "podium" edge, facing Lyon (I think below the tower portion) hasn't been covered.

Almost looks like a nice, clean, modern tower from this angle. Other than the one random frame (which isn't bad), and the random square on the top, left.
