Let's hope more recladding projects are in the works for Hull.
What would you like to see reclad? I like the mix after these two are done. I think Place du Portage IV and Place du Portage 1 are excellent and I hope they don't need building envelope replacement any time soon. Maison du Citoyen will definitely have a reclad as part of it's potential update, but I hope it remains red brick. I'd like to see a reclad of the Courthouse, and I'd like to see Palais des Congres mowed down and the land used for residential after they finish the Lac-Leamy conventon centre.

Wish they would have reclad in similar brick to what was there at least on the shorter sections. What they've done looks nice, but it's a lot of glass, not just on the complex, but in the skyline with the Portage reclad.

I'm actually a little disappointed now that Claridge is planning a 45 story tower just to the left of these. I don't want them to be diminished, they are going to be so unique!!!
I get what you're saying. I'm disappointed the Renaissance is taller than Relevé's south tower. Wish the heights were reversed (or while I'm wishing for things, I wish Relevé was taller than it is) to see them both.

I hope Claridge comes up with a fantastic design and executes it well, and I hope other towers at LeBreton have some colour.

Any deal of they plan on starting construction soon?

Imagine this shot with Claridge Even More Iconic built and a fully hashed out 900 Albert. Hell, even Renaissance would be epic from this angle.
For sure, I want this shot in a year's time with Odenak and Renaissance completed. Ok, maybe 2 years to give Renaissance a chance to catch up. :D
