Amazing shots. Relevé's glazing looks grey from this point in this light. Reminds me of this image from AuxTown on SSP two years ago.

Gorgeous shots! I hope one of the four towers south of Scott/Parkdale goes ahead soon, especially the tallest one, the 90m 25s tower from Reid's Heritage that is already approved (yellow)

That first downtown one is pretty nice. Releve looks beautiful, too bad they aren't 5-10 floors higher to really break up the monotony of the skyline. The next phase will help a little.
 
I wish the Releve towers had 10 extra floors each, and Marriott stayed at 35. It's too bad they chose the heights they did, which will results in Releve's south tower hidden from nearly every angle once Renaissance is complete. I hope whatever is built at the Apple Tree site will be a little higher than Renaissance; 38-40 floors would have a nice impact.

A lot of things confuse me about this city, but the Canada Lands holdups at Tunney's and here in Little Italy confuse me the most. Incredibly valuable lands that are just screaming for development, yet they sit in bureaucratic limbo for decades. The city approved the masterplan for Tunney's in 2014, and the Booth Street Complex was acquired by Canada Lands with the intent for a redevelopment in 2012....
 
A lot of things confuse me about this city, but the Canada Lands holdups at Tunney's and here in Little Italy confuse me the most. Incredibly valuable lands that are just screaming for development, yet they sit in bureaucratic limbo for decades. The city approved the masterplan for Tunney's in 2014, and the Booth Street Complex was acquired by Canada Lands with the intent for a redevelopment in 2012....
And now they're looking at offloading 22 properties... for lease... including these. They should start with these.

Tunney's has taken so long to get going they are about to release a second master plan!
