Why on Earth did we ever get rid of that roundabout?

Also, I'd really love to see this site redeveloped. It is very well located, and although it probably won't ever get a rail connection it has great transit connectivity, especially when you consider it'll be just about 10 blocks away from the VLW.

There was a proposal for a 3 storey mixed-use there as Canterra Properties owns it.
