The accounts seem copacetic with Twitter's parody/commentary rules.

I bet someone's using the ban-hammer that is DMCA for instant gratification. Guilty until proven innocent; regardless of whether the law applies to Canadians or can even be used by Canadians. It's a good way to get something off of screens near-instantly and sans proof.
