Ford's "special interest" groups are the everyday people's concerns and needs.

Folks, it was the fault of "the people"...
Doug Ford said he didn't want to scrap his cellphone line, but had to after he got 400 to 500 calls a day, as well as harassing text messages. It was heartbreaking to cancel, he said.

There were less people Doug Ford was "responsible" for when he became Councillor for Ward 2 Etobicoke North (half of 117,601±) in 2014 versus being "responsible" for all the people in Ontario (population 14,000,000+) in 2018. He should have expected much, much, much, much more calls.
Does he have *any* sense of scale?
Being a city councillor is not the same as being the Premier of our biggest province. He really didn't think it through.
