Rumors of a video of Rob with underaged girls are just rumors, now as for the underaged girls, retired security staff at city hall might be able (or willing) to talk about that. I know for a fact Rob used to smoke crack in his office on the weekends. In the beginning Security would try to find the origin of the acrid smell but gave up when they concluded it came from Rob's office. If Rob was too intoxicated to drive, security would shove him in a taxi and in the early morning hours Mikey would often retrieve his Escalade from the garage. Doug was the enforcer and enabler by threatening, posturing, lying and name calling. Both Ford boys used and employed staff with shady past. And yup.... preferably friends, because there was a loyalty factor. Doug by far was the biggest misogynist. Other than Rob now resting in peace, not much has changed and the Ford mob moved to Queens Park.

I also seem to remember Doug blabbing out loud about malicious people leaving "ridiculous story" messages at his home about him using expensive prostitutes.

Again, he's the sort who'd "like 'em young", but within reason, i.e. nothing creepy a la 90s Donald & Ivanka. More like Kinga, or those girls in that photo with Taverner, or for all I know various sorts within his daughters' circles. And given his way with money, quite possibly with a "sugar daddy" undertone.

And again, she'd be perfect for him.

Come to think of it, "paying for women" is DoFo's whole modus operandi It explains his relationship to the K's as well. (RoFo was more "animal" in his instincts, though his big brother's influence probably rubbed off on him when he boasted of gifting Renata with money.)

Or, never mind women--*people*. His doleing out of $20s, or all those self-financed Ford Fests "for the people". It's about paying/providing for other people's pleasure--carny rides and bouncy castles for the kids, casinos and beer in corner stores for the grownups. And *pleasure*, as opposed to "enrichment"--no Carnegie-style lieberries, among other things.

Generously, personally paying for women/people as an exercise of power and control: Doug the provider, and Doug as the *sole* provider. And if it comes to sex workers, Doug as the provider to "providers".

And if Deco's in trouble, it's in part due to Doug's propensity for "providing".

What I also find about Kinga is that she's one of the very few--the one that stands out, actually--among Ford's caucus who *doesn't* seem to be spouting out rehearsed talking points through clenched teeth. Like, she might as well be rehearsing to be Lynsey Vanstone's understudy.

Speaking of which: if the post-Dean French fallout continues, might we see Ontario News Now nixed? (Likely not, unless the fallout claims Premier Ford as well. And not in "wait until 2022" terms, either.)

My point exactly--remember my point about "through clenched teeth". She ain't clenching her teeth there; she isn't uttering it as if she's got Dean French's pistol to her head. She's totally, chirpily immersed in what she's propounding--she's the (wet) dream Doug Ford caucus member (insert Howard Stern juvenile fixation on the words "caucus" and "member").
