Saying "it's not even open for debate" is BS.

It's a fact he testified. His testimonial is "evidence", not "fact". Any first year law student will tell you that.

[Note: Removed the Clinton reference simply because his testimony was vague, so instead:]

And Anthony Fauci testified before congress that "We have not funded gain of function research on this virus in the Wuhan Institute of Virology. No matter how many times you say it, it didn't happen".

You won't find many tolerating the tinfoil hat argument here.

It was described as a SARS-like chimeric corona virus (why was the US government trying to make SARS more contagious?). Working alongside Dr Baric in 2015 was Dr. Shi Zhengli—often referred to as the “Bat Lady” of Wuhan. Publication of their work caused alarm in the scientific community which prompted President Obama to impose a moratorium on gain-of-function research. When Trump became President he lifted the G-O-F moratorium.

Also, it's available other places. Harvard's copy is prefaced with this statement:

"Editors’ note, March 2020: We are aware that this story is being used as the basis for unverified theories that the novel coronavirus causing COVID-19 was engineered. There is no evidence that this is true; scientists believe that an animal is the most likely source of the coronavirus."
