They're basically heated benches, how is that Anti homeless?

Because they only spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to create the piece because homeless people were sleeping on the heat exchanger vents that these are sitting on. It is, incontrovertibly, anti-homeless architecture.

This is also a train station. If they're putting this in a random bench, then sure, but I think we shouldn't just allow our public infrastructure to become a shelter.
