There's a new Boston Pizza in the ugly plaza with the Canadian Tire at Leslie & Lake Shore. It's pretty tucked away and hard to see from the street - I wonder if it will last.

Hard to say. There aren't a lot of mediocre, sit-down "family restaurants" in that part of the world, so it might do okay.

Oh, I thought I had read that Far Niente was moving from Commerce Court to that spot!

I remember the full-service restaurant they had near Laval University, in Quebec City, in the mid-eighties... As for this one, I'm glad that repulsive 7-11 is gone!

Kalander on College has a wonderful curry vegetarian roti, I wish I had one right now. It was VERY busy on Saturday night.

Tried Five Guys in Pittsburgh, and it might have been that particular location, but it was totally generic and unmemorable. I think we're doing much better here already.
