I can see where they have cleared the trees up the hill west of COP for the new ring road whenever I'm driving around but don't see much in terms of excavation in your pic for the future ring road.

Scarcee Trail - 16th Ave Down to Glenmore Tr/Highway 8 Down to Crowchild but I have Seen Bits and Pieces Under Construction Over the Last Few Years,

The Sarcee/16th interchange upgrades are complete (minus the rehab on the bridge over 16th to be done in 2018). Only work left to do on Sarcee is the stuff related to Stoney Trail
