probably not.I bet other roads are noticeably quieter for a few months, then more people will start driving and traffic will be back to where it was. This will be the perfect example of induced demand I bet.
No but 14 St has never been as bad as it used to be since TTN Tr opened. There are only so many people to feed into the induced demand.Are these magical roads unbound by the confines of space and matter?
