Not any more or less than having Danforth intersect with Danforth in Scarborough!

Oh! Just east of Dixie! I thought we were talking about the OTHER spot where Matheson Blvd E meets Matheson Blvd east of Renforth - that north-south section east of Renforth between Matheson Blvd E and Eglinton.

Yeah, that is indeed stupid. And clearly confusing - even here! I 100% agree that should be renamed.

I checked the Matheson at Renforth. It seems like a pretty standard street keeping the same-ish name crossing a municipal border. It's not "intersecting" with itself, it's just continuing on the other side of Renforth. Like Rathburn E on the Mississauga side versus simple Rathburn in Etobicoke, or Bloor St W in Etobicoke but simple Bloor Street in Mississauga.

Just east of Dixie, either way you choose you're on Matheson, just a different one. They should have renamed it when Matheson was finished/made continuous. But it was completed probably a decade ago or more at this point.

Well Webb hasn't reached Kariya Drive yet. But if you mean the fact that they added traffic lights in anticipation of it opening, then yeah I agree it seems that isn't being done.

I was going to suggest Central Pkwy & Cliff Rd as well as Central Pkwy & Bloor St. But then I remembered it is in the plan; not sure if it will happen though:

The only reason the light at Webb makes sense is for the students crossing kariya. Otherwise they easily could have bought that restaurant and made a round a bout.

To be clear they didn’t build a round a bout because they were thoughtful of students. They didn’t build a round a bout because they’re cheap.
