Since I have insomnia tonight, I did a little snooping on the Deco website via the Wayback Machine. So, here is a reference to the Florida office from April 27, 2006. As far as I can tell, this is the most recent reference to it captured by Wayback. After Deco's site is revised later in the year, it no longer appears.

Good internet sleuthing! The question is did Darrius T. Heaven (featured in the mug shot) live at this address in 2006? Given the dates of his arrest records it is probably safe to say that he did not.

I suspect that a sales representative for DECO lived at this modest duplex rental property some time after Darrius Heaven. Using the Wayback machine I see this Florida address was listed on the DECO website as far back as 2004*. Also listed at that time were residential addresses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Again I suspect these were sales reps working for the Fords out of their homes. It makes sense to have sales reps scattered around the country to drum up business from the local consumer package goods manufacturers. CPG manufacturers seem to be the bread and butter for DECO labs.
I think this is one mystery we can put to rest.
