So true. Being simply unavailable for hours (wasted) just doesn't measure up to what a leader sometimes needs to be in order to handle an impending major crisis.

Whether Jimmi T likes it or not, he has become a thread woven into the tapestry of the Ford saga. If he were to give UT an exclusive interview on why he chose to take a break, maybe that would stop the speculation. :D

Okay, so everyone needs to just deal with this. Yes, he who shall not be named, was a critical source of information on this forum but, quite clearly, we are not the most important aspect of his life. He was an anonymous being giving us the benefit of his knowledge. The circumstances of his life have changed (it can happen to any of us) and he has chosen to no longer participate here. Let's laud his contribution and respect his decision to withdraw.

"Also this year, her convicted drug-dealing ex-boyfriend Scott MacIntyre alleged in a later-dismissed lawsuit that Rob Ford utilized his contacts to arrange for a jailhouse beating." does anyone know when it was dismissed? first I have heared of.


"Why would Joe expose this." Maybe the sources came to Yuen and Wormington only jumped in to lessen the damage done to the fords.

I also never heard about the MacIntyre case being dropped. Out of court settlement?

It could be a preemptive strike, like the Vancouver pub thing. But it is nonetheless strange that they are reporting this. If it was not engineered by Doug or Rob, Joe Warmington just lost access to them completely.
