What a predictable family...
Didn't we already know this? It wasn't huge news but didn't he say he was in hospital for a few days and we tried to piece together if it was true or not based on Instagram photos?Don Peat at the Sun is reporting Rob was hospitalized recently for an infection. Maybe that's issue Doug is talking about. If so, it makes his comments today look pretty well timed to the release of Towhey's book.
Randy?

I'm guessing KD has info on Rob's history with escorts... surprised that wasn't mentioned in Towhey's book.
And let's not forget his 1999 DUI in Florida either.

The force is strong with this one.

And re Doug's ball-biting remarks: sounds to me like what some have suggested about RoFo's rant video--just a lot of faux-professional-wrestling "tough talk". Though from him in this context, it sounds like his son-in-law looks: rather macabre and grotesque...
Re Ford's "setback". A few people on my fb feed reported seeing him at Princess Margaret a few days (or a week?) ago. I guess Doug is dropping the vague setback news to time with the books.
http://news.nationalpost.com/toront...-ford-suffering-cancer-related-health-setbackFord has not been seen at his city hall office for several days, and the councillor’s Twitter feed has lain dormant since last week. His last post, issued on October 22, advertised a new round of memorabilia that Ford had posted to eBay.

Ford’s cancer setback would have cropped up only days after he hosted an Etobicoke campaign event for Conservative leader Stephen Harper.
The Ford family has reportedly not told anybody outside the family about the Rob’s worsening condition, aside from Doug’s eight-minute appearance on AM640.
It's about the right time to see evidence of recurrence.
