Another update from 680 with Jacobs' confirmed Ford in palliative but "not end of life" care. Aren't they the same thing?

End-of-life care is palliative, but palliative care can start well before a disease enters its terminal phase. My mother was a palliative patient for two years before she died.

I think it depends on the type of cancer and how aggressive it is. Doesn't look like Rob has much time.
