And I only called in today because I thought I had a potentially earth-shattering theory of Midland-based mail drops.

Instead, what I ended up with after a bit of googling is that the Cash Store in Midland is literally the closest branch to the GreeneStone rehab facility.

It's as if Rob had someone there—someone who actually knows how to use a computer—do exactly what I just did.

And so, the only question that remains for me, is what exactly Rob Ford needed to do at a Cash Store that he could do nowhere else?

I think the Ford saga has unfortunately burrowed itself so deep in your psyche you are seeing comparisons in every terrible event to find its way on the news. This Ford business is one thing. Mass murder is quite another. The latter is a hundred times worse.

Just cuz Ford is an idiot doesn't mean he's a "possibly-homicidal desperate-virgin type." I mean, what the hell. That sounds like some projecting psycho-babble gobbledygook.

The Isla Vista killer, like other mass shooters supposedly motivated by "desperate virginity", was entirely isolated. No friends, couldn't get along with anyone. That's not Rob Ford, and never has been.

You JUST beat me to it. Two thoughts:

1) It's pretty clear Smith's death was a gang beef. Nothing to indicate anything to the contrary.

2) This is an alarming story on the kind of people the mayor associated with via Lisi. He paid for drugs from dangerous gang members capable of murder. He gave them his money. Shooting up people next to a daycare. Ford should go to the wall for this alone.

Ummm - Somalia is not a place to easily traffic in and out of (most have fled for a reason) UNLESS YOU ARE REALLY WELL CONNECTED to certain regimes.

This type of activity makes you wonder how many Somalian gang members have active ties to Pirates, Rebels and known Terror factions in Somalia - AND - how many of these people did the Mayor associate with.

Rob on the other hand could not be more different, because he takes what he wants, and I very much doubt that he stayed a virgin for long.

In fact, I think it's abundantly clear that Rob Ford is likely to be extremely aggressive and dogged in his pursuit of sex. From a strictly numbers perspective, he has probably chalked up a lot more conquests than one might imagine, just through his relentless badgering.

Plus while he's always been fat, he wasn't always disgusting looking, and he's always had money.

Finally, he is almost certainly very comfortable paying for sex if he needs to, and may have always utilized escorts as a form of release. Plus he can afford to visit them as much as he wants.
