Correct me if I'm wrong but the "duplication" started in 2008, was in effect while Robbie was mayor from 2010-2014, but John Tory should remove said duplication. Ok, sounds about right for Ford logic. SMH

He calls Tory "Mr. Tory" instead of "Mayor Tory" no doubt because he wants to be as disrespectful as possible. I am not a Tory fan but I feel bad for him having to deal with this ass as much as he has to. It's like he always has to watch over his shoulder because of what Ford might say or do.

As far as him not looking like death, I guess since radiation is easier on a body than chemo, and since he hasn't had chemo for quite some time it isn't surprising that he's looking better.

Ford never once showed up for anything budget related.
