wow it really does look like a mini OCAD ! (that part of the building at least).

This is a really great development overall - I guess if I had any complaint is that it feels a bit mis mashy in terms of architectural style and a bit messy overall. Still love it a lot.
Heck I almost wish this was going where the George Brown college development is going on waterfront (although we don't know exactly what's going it looks like it'll be pretty boring overall compared to this).
