Funny how you ask…..I was at LensCrafters this morning ant Southgate and asked the same question to both a manager and an associate and they both said they that they have heard “nothing.”

Simons there would be fantastic, and I think would do just as good as the WEM location, perhaps better.
Or a mall expansion into the south parking lots, with a few residential towers would be nice. The existing housing stock around the mall is quite dated.

Isn’t Decathlon in downsizing mode right now? They closed a few stores in the GTA recently, and apparently their Calgary stores aren’t doing as well as expected.
We were supposed to get one at South Common, but it never materialized.
