Where will phase two be located within the site? Much of the land with the best access to the transitway station has been wasted on the one storey food building.

A 0.6km walk to the station entrance. Could this not have been better designed?

I think the same thing when I have to walk from TD Centre to the subway! Could they have not put them closer...

How are you getting 0.6km? I'm getting more like 0.3km. That is an easy 3 minute walk.
