Figured it... This is where the old The Shift project was gonna go, and is now no longer under that name. We should update the thread.

So in total, 567 units. At $30,000/unit that works out $17M or $2M over the program scope.
So some of the projects must be receiving less than the max of $30,000 per unit.

Overall, for the $15M it works out to average of $26,455/unit grant.

Good thing about this grant is there's a time limit that encourages construction asap. Considering this was a top-up to the original HAF funds, I'm pretty happy with how this turned out.

Probably? There was the deadline that they had to have BPs by November if I'm remembering correctly
