It's just sorta too bad that they couldn't have dug and built the entire podium all at once then build each tower on at a time.

The Chickens will have to find a new Hauz... er Koop -- mayhaps they have struck a deal with the landlord to relocate in the base of the new tower that is now under construction with egg-cellent

Well, if they have to relocate, its not like there are no empty spaces nearby, just take a walk around the blocks nearby. There is quite a selection.
However, preferably something can be worked out with the landlord to relocate during the phased construction.
