If you look closely there is a vapour barrier (Tyvek style) applied to the whole building going to the top floor, then backing panels with aluminum studs/battens being installed, and then the Larson panels mounted on-top (that kind of looks like a Tyvek wrap). They’ll probably end up tearing off the protective material more/less all at once.

Larson is a protective film on the aluminium sandwich panel cladding. There's excitement it isn't a commonplace solid colour sandwich panel with the design architect being Hariri Pontarini.
