Hmmm, permits here are moving slower than molasses....... I wonder if @ProjectEnd has any insights.

Apparently @ProjectEnd is mum on this one, which is a shame, because I would like to know why they having yet more meetings w/the Councillor on this.....wow is this drawn out.

A few more storeys and wrapping up outstanding SPA items. Can't say much more than that because both the City and Hullmark do watch this particular forum. In fact, previous changes to the building form that were recommended here were implemented to everyone's' celebration. UT gets results!

Copying the Cover Letter over, explaining the changes:

The above reflects @ProjectEnd 's helpful response to me in August, which I somehow missed. Oops; thanks PE!

@Art Tsai will wish to make note of the changes in height, in both storeys and M; this one is now 17 storeys high.

For @smably and a couple of others who mentioned this site in the context of the Wellington Bike lanes in discussions in the last day or two.....a look at the plans here:

A bit larger to add clarity:

Hmmmmm not sure about this one

This looks a bit off to me - The previous version handled this section better. I get wanting to simplify for construction however this just feels too abrupt to me.

Perhaps a simple solve could be to step the street wall down towards the neighbouring building - would make this transition a bit less awkward.

Hey Santa, for Christmas I want another 50 buildings like this. edit: Kirkor has some decent, cleaner designs lately. I think most arch firms can design decent stuff if they try. Dreck is more on the devs who cheap out.
