The brick actually looks better than in the renderings.
I like how long and thin the bricks are. The random lengths and slightly tumbled texture along with subtle shade variation gives it almost a stone appearance. I‘m happy they didn’t scrimp on the brickwork and the labour that’s involved to install it.

Today. Orange stuff that pops out brickwork is doing so on the end side balconies. Workers unloading skids of blue blocks. And a yellow worm thing is being installed today. Totally not like the renders; typical toronto.

BDPQ have a bunch of neat stuff in various stages of planning coming up, but yeah this and Rush Condos are both pretty stellar. Honorable mention IMO also goes out to DUKE Condos and Enigma on the Park in terms of other recently completed projects in the city.
