Looks like they secured the fencing more securely between each section of fencing to make it harder for people to squeeze through and enter. There is a person living on one of the porches. He was not removed but they just fenced him in.

You cannot fence someone in who cannot get out easily. No chance that person is security on the site? If not, I would assume that they have since been escorted from the property.

There is a homeless person living on the porch of one of the houses for at least the past 3 months.
He has an elaborate shack setup on the porch (music from his boom box inside could often be heard) which was never disturbed when the new fence was erected and he must have been climbing the fence every time to get to it ever since. But a few days later the homeless man managed to unsecure the one of the fence panels so he and his dog can access his "home".

Interesting. Wonder if Allied will continue with rental or turn it into office. If it stays rental I believe it would be their first foray into the residential rental market.

Their Kingly project was initially rental, but was later changed to condo with the changes to rental proposed by the Liberals in 2017.

Apparently Allied has acquired the two houses at the corner of Richmond. They also own a number of properties on this block.
The current boarded houses with the hoarding will be demolished soon to make way for a temporary dog park to prevent the possibility of fires from squatters/homeless people squatting there. Allied has applied for an expedited demolition permit.
Over the summer the porches have been removed which has been used by these vagrants.

Correction: the dog park is going in to temporarily replace the dog park at St.Andrews Park, to the south of Waterworks (Adelaide and Brant) next summer, while site work is being done there.

What proposed design of this building? The old, now obsolete proposed design by Carlyle Communities before they sold the site to Allied? Or the new and upcoming at some point, proposed design by Allied, which has not been released yet?
