Cute that you dragged out a post made in 2015 - here is the site plan dated around that time:

The retail is in the portions of the building that conveniently didn't make it into the rendering given it was basically showing the office lobby as seen from the SW corner. See the retail spaces north of that podium lobby? Behind that heritage facade?

Had to go into the office today for a few hrs. From 1 University:

I can't understand why they built this tower close to Front St. When they could have centre it on the parcel of land as seen in the few photos up above . Keeping it far away from the future Union tower across the street for breathing room . The old building across the street is not enough for space in my opinion.
