It is a very striking building and stands out from everything else around it. The angled glass between the floors just adds to that. This has to be the most photographed building on UT since... what? The L Tower?

Hopefully the TD logos don't compromise the whole thing.
...come to think of it, it's sorta shaped like that phatty I partook that was passed around at a friends' house party going a few years and a decade back. Kinda had a hard time staying upright on my bicycle on the way home that night because of it...but that maybe more information than readers need to know here. But yeah. >.<Quite the chub.
It is certainly not exciting but, in my opinion, it is not offensive and does nothing to distract from the 'main course' at 160 Front. The utter dud that is the north podium continues to surprise me given the huge success that the tower is.
I agree. It doesn’t look bad from the street level in person. It is certainly not exciting but, in my opinion, it is not offensive and does nothing to distract from the 'main course' at 160 Front.
just take solace in the fact that a richly textured heritage building was not razed for it!The utter dud that is the north podium continues to surprise me given the huge success that the tower is.
