I am not sure if you intend to keep all elements to scale but if you do then the crane spans the entire east-west dimension of the site.

Generally not as concerned with the cranes scale (just meant to be a reference for height) but I've increased the width to get it closer to reality!

This will be PATH connected to Simcoe Place, yes. If you want to walk to Union though the detour in the PATH would be extremely circuitous.

No it won't. At least only partially... Union Centre will block more. But the top 2/3 of the CBD towers will still be visible.
