Test pattern week at TD or is this some new flag or symbol or corporate brand logo I’m missing? Maybe they are bringing back the Much Music big money game show, Test Pattern after 35 years.
Maybe a new software update and sign reveal coming up next?

It's not a test pattern it's the original Pride colours ... plus the additional colours that have often been used as chevrons on streets etc.
