Neither partial, nor conditional permits are for shoring are yet issued. So this will be quiet for a little bit.

Could this beautiful tree be coming down today? I’m afraid so. Chainsaws are ready (and it’s not for Halloween). Stay tuned.

Noticed that they seem to be bring in new soil or gravel and levelling the site. This doesn’t sound right when they should be digging. Could there be a change of plans (short term) and they are prepping for a parking lot now?

The developer site was updated for January, but makes no mention of this.

More than likely just a bit of grading, and backfilling before starting shoring.

The conditional shoring permit is 'ready for issuance' as at February 6th.
