Looks like they plan on getting rid of the substation and rebuilding a new one on bremner next to the roundhouse.

Apparently the whole mess is obsolete and they know its on valuable land so proposals are flying around

Yeah, we have a thread on this subject...there is no mention that they will eliminate the Windsor Station.

the second sentence in the report is "The station will help Toronto Hydro replace obsolete equipment at Windsor Station and will increase reliability and supply in Toronto's ever-growing City centre" doesnt this imply they plan to phase out and eventually demolish the windsor station??? I guess i should stay on topic either way

Hey im all for it, get rid of it...its butt ugly and its prime real estate for another 40-50 storey mixed-use tower.
