I walk past this daily and haven't noticed it in person. I see it in some of the pictures, but it's either much less visible in person or is just a photo effect.

I had sorta written this one off as another grid condos or y+c. However, coming to this thread out of the blue, it looks really promising and high quality so far. If anything it's more proof that good material selection can make even the most run of the mill buildings appear good (sugar warf) and more unique designs (nobu, social) look horrible.

Materials and their quality may be the single most important aspect of a high rise building (aside from like, structural stability of course)
