Since the only up-to-date rendering (anywhere ;-) is the very extreme angle of the building, also seen in the database, here’s some interiors as appetizers instead.

I do hope MOD is going to keep promises such as “stain-less steel” exterior cladding accents… though those promises may have been associated with the previous itineration.

Suffice to say I’m not wild about the 4 storey mechanical penthouse blight on this model below. Not for a MOD building… c’mon.

Looks like the south side (?) may have a an outdoor terrace, but how about a narrow glassy interior roof-top promenade/amenity space around the rest of the perimeter. With LEDs ;-).

Pleasantly surprised by the fenestration although this is the minimum standard we should strive for on all new builds.
