But I must confess, I'm not keen on the massing on the Colborne side. I really find it overbearing. I don't think they needed to recreate lost heritage. I do think they would have been well served not to have hindered the intimacy of that street. The economics are what they; but I'm inclined to think a modest setback here, above the 3rd floor had the potential to yield better per ft 2 rents.
