Office market very weak, owner having difficulty leasing space, would rather it serve as "live/work", ie residential

The top/(3rd) floor appears common to the main office tower floors bookended by commercial on the “2nd”/(Mezz) and “3rd”/(2nd) floor.
The 2nd floor could be connected to the office tower but the Mezz level could not.

Live/Work & Bike Parking - just ticking the box.
