As someone who walks by this site 4-5 times a week, wind is an issue here. I would still prefer the open space on the Sussex side though rather than the laneway. No one will know it is a POPs in the laneway.

The fence will be eliminated, and there will be some landscaping updates, but t doesn't look like what I'd call a complete overhaul: there will be a large area simply left as lawn.
