It looks like the insulation has been delivered. Maybe things will be completed soon? :) How long has it been? At least 8 months since the canopy supports have been installed. I can’t recall when the mechanical room cladding was “almost” completed. Probably similar timing. Hard to believe they would leave the mechanical room wall exposed for so long.
The pool area looks nice. Even in the rain at night. I have not seen anyone use it, so maybe it hasn’t officially opened? They tented the pool in the winter/ spring for an assuming early summer completion.

Great update.

I agree, the bathtub does look nice.
 
As it is classified as a 'public pool' - like all condo pools - it needs to be inspected by Toronto Public Health before it can be opened. I understand they are very backlogged as most inspectors are on covid-duty.
 
That's really nice and airy...much more than I was expecting. A place where I could watch my cats curl up in the sun all day on a fantasy income...
