I like how a lot of this tower has the broken up balconys design istead of the long continuous balconys that dominate this area.

This tower isn't catching enough flack around here. It's cheap-as-it-gets dogshit.

Podium is nice enough if rather generic, but it's a part of a nice little streetwall forming.

It's hard to tell if it's a good or bad building in terms of architecture. Hence, it's a little noir.

Yep--this tower is pretty disappointing. Though it's really only turned out to be in the last few months. For a while it seemed promising.

I'm not sure why this tower is criticized so heavily. Sure, it's not as perfect as the renders suggest, but I look at it every day from my office and in decent lighting it is attractive. Certainly better than Pinnacle on Adelaide or even Charlie in my opinion, though not nearly as attractive as King Charlotte.

It's deservedly criticized because overt blandness and obvious cheapness are its two most prominent features.
