A view that won't last very long.

Thanks for the updates! Building went down fairly quick.
Digging out the new parking garage will take much longer- if it is like the Cosmopolitan Hotel site (across Colborne Street) the bed-rock is not very deep so the digging is not too easy!

Once the building is down, time to get shots of all the buildings around it, as it will be the last time to see the full view of them.

I did that for the BA tower and a few others.

^ Massing has potential, but it ultimately comes down to execution, especially window wall treatment. I hope they do a better job of that than L Tower.

I'm expecting at best Trump Tower-quality cladding. At worst, I expect a 300 Front Street Situation, but in green.

Berczy is what to expect here. Good base but the tower will be lacking. And at this height it will standout unlike Berczy.

Does anyone know which of the following two renderings is more recent?

I'm guessing that the latter is newer as it's more realistic (no trees growing off the tower, more mullions). It's interesting to me that the first rendering clearly shows several columns of spandral glass whereas the second rendering makes it look as though the tower will be all vision glass. Can anyone shed any light on which of the two renderings is more accurate?
