Can never ask enough as to why these developers can do the bait and switch thing. I don’t understand the waste in money. And what the logic is. Doesn’t this just keep people from having faith in these companies developers and who ever is involved? I don’t get how they continue or that this isn’t recognized and corrected. When something’s submitted what’s the point in switching. Just to waste time and money.. it cost them to come up with these false renders and plans so why do it?
