this was posted in the building. you can get an
idea of how much you'll have to pay to
live in this building ....almost 400 a month
in fees.
it says "the only unit available for occupancy "

That's for a retail unit in the basement mall, not a residential unit.
This unit has 197 sq.ft. of retail area with a commercial condo fee of $374.44/mo.

A quick calculation indicates price of appx $ 2,280psf. Would it sell at that price? I have a feeling that the owner of the unit is going to take a bath.

whoa, that pic at yonge and dundas makes yonge st look like a back ally.

Are there typically street lights, store fronts, huge advertising panels, streetcar tracks, crowds and heavy traffic in a "back ally"?

I took his comment to mean that Yonge street looked narrow in the picture like an ally - not an actual ally.

I think the owners of all the commercial units are going to take a bath. Poorest design in the world. Welcome to the dungeon.

Yes those basement retail spaces are horrible. I have no idea what kind of business they are expecting to buy/lease those spaces.

That second shot is definitely squished on the top, you can tell by the floors getting shorter, and especially the proportions of the crane and how it is curved. some kind of perspective correction filter must have been used.

all three are panomaric shots that were stitched together through a computer program. it's not perfect but it definitely helps give a better perspective. I personally love the up close ones where you can see all the way down to the road
