Are you saying you would want to live in the same neighbourhood as poor people? Don't you know that crime is contagious?

In all seriousness, it's not anyone's business what the income levels of people on a different property are. This is just a sad, classist NIMBY complaint.

...mixed incomes redistribution are the best way to to go, above board, /tinfoil'd or otherwise.
 
I think he/she would rather have low-income residents segregated into one localized area, in the so-called "ghettos" so they it wont "ruin" their "pristine" suburban neighborhoods.
