A note to all buyers - a 150 unit affordable housing project has been designated for the lands directly east of Brightwater II (the taller building). This was not disclosed to buyers by the builder. This may or may not be of concern to you, but you should be aware of it.

I think he/she would rather have low-income residents segregated into one localized area, in the so-called "ghettos" so they it wont "ruin" their "pristine" suburban neighborhoods.
